About: This 167-acre industrial park includes 3 million square feet of industrial buildings, parking and rail spurs to support warehousing and distribution for national tenants including FedEx, Amazon, Dunkin Donuts, Frito Lay, O’Reilley’s Auto Parts, and Lowe’s, among other tenants. Economic Impact: This project revitalized the City of Twinsburg’s employment and economic development activity after the loss of the Chrysler Stamping Plant, which was built in 1957 and closed in 2010.

The complete renovation of this 13,664 square foot building, provided office space for tech start-ups Snip Internet and BoxCast. Economic Impact: This project contributed to additional retail and residential growth in this neighborhood with convenient access to downtown, public transportation, and amenities for today’s workforce.
