Joe is the team’s Transaction Services Coordinator and Research Analyst. Joe manages the detailed billing process to help clients and co-brokers process their deals quickly and correctly. Attention to detail and his ability to process leases and contracts make Joe the perfect fit for this role. Joe prepares weekly reports that identify prospects for each listing, as well as property and comp research for clients. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University and has been working at Newmark since 2019.
